Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Handled. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Handled provides a player development platform for sports organizations. The platform enables organizations to collect player evaluations, generate player development reports, and deliver those reports to players and their families.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use Handled. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Organizations may invite administrators and coaches to their account. The organization owner is responsible for all activity by their team members.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Handled offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. A 3-day free trial is available with a valid credit card required at signup. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of your trial unless you cancel.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or years.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the date you subscribed.
If your payment fails we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to access other organizations’ data
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Share account credentials with people outside your organization
5. Player Data and Privacy
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering player information — particularly for minor players. By entering player information you represent that you have the right to do so and that you have obtained any required parental or guardian consent.
You own the data you enter into Handled. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell or share your player data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: Handled Player Development Reports
Program Description: Handled operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of travel baseball organizations using our platform. We send two types of SMS messages: (1) transactional player development report notifications delivered to families after tryouts and end of season evaluations, and (2) two-way evaluation collection messages where coaches text player grades and observations to our platform number and receive automated confirmation replies.
How to Opt In: Families provide their phone number during player registration at www.handledreports.com. By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from Handled on behalf of your player’s travel baseball organization. Coaches opt in by joining their organization’s Handled account and registering their cell number for evaluation submission.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Families typically receive one SMS per player report generated by their organization. Coaches may send and receive multiple messages per practice, tryout, or evaluation session.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
How to Get Help: Text HELP to your organization’s Handled number at any time or email handledreports@gmail.com for support.
How to Opt Out: Text STOP to your organization’s Handled number at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. After texting STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages text START at any time.
Supported Commands:
- STOP — Unsubscribe from all messages
- START — Resubscribe after opting out
- HELP — Receive support information and contact details
Carrier Disclaimer: Handled is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

7. Intellectual Property
Handled and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Handled and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its content without permission.
Player evaluation data, reports, and content you create through our platform remain your property.
8. Third Party Services
Handled integrates with third party services including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
9. Disclaimers
Handled is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Player development reports are generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by qualified coaches before being shared with players and families.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Handled from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
