Each report is emailed directly to the parent as a Rich HTML link, instead of as a PDF attachment. An optional SMS notification alerts them to open it. You can track who received and opened their report from your dashboard.

Handled stores player names, grad years, positions, evaluations, stats, and family contact info. Only your org's admins and coaches can see it.
